About Molly Ramich

I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, women’s issues, OCD, depression, ADHD, and parenting skills. I am dedicated to helping clients build practical tools while feeling encouraged along the way.

I have a particular passion for working with young women who are experiencing burnout, anxiety, relationship issues, or other stressors. In therapy, I help clients slow down, understand what is happening inside, and begin rediscovering their joy in life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, supported, and steadily guided toward meaningful change.

Clinical Style

Molly’s clinical style is warm, collaborative, and practical. She works with clients to build tools they can use outside of session while also creating space for emotional and spiritual growth when that is part of the client’s goals.

For clients who desire it, Molly can incorporate faith-based counseling and Christian values into the therapeutic process. Her goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being honest and supported as they work toward change.

Who I Especially Love Working With

I have a particular passion for working with young women who are feeling burned out, anxious, overwhelmed in relationships, or weighed down by other stressors. I enjoy helping clients reconnect with their strengths, clarify what matters to them, and rediscover joy in their lives.

Therapy can be a place to practice new skills, understand patterns with compassion, and take small, meaningful steps toward the kind of life you want to build.

Whole-Person and Faith-Integrated Support

Molly draws from evidence-based and skills-focused approaches while also paying attention to the whole person. When clients want faith to be part of therapy, she can thoughtfully include Christian values and spiritual growth in a way that supports the client’s goals.
