Stephen Duraney, LPCC-S, LICDC (OH) LPCC (CA)

I have a heart for helping people develop their inner strength, build deeper relationships with the people around them, and rediscover their joy… In addition, I enjoy getting to learn from clients each day and the personal growth that comes with accompanying you on the journey toward healing.

I have 10 years working in the mental health field in a variety of settings. I graduated from Seton Hall University with my Master’s and my primary treatment modality at this point in my career is EMDR/Trauma focused.

Dr. Amy Belcastro-Andrews, LPCC-S

I believe that a relationship of caring is essential in good counseling and that in the context of a caring relationship positive outcomes can be achieved.

I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I treat people with adjustment, relationship, and mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. I believe in using methods that are supported by research and making appropriate referrals to medical and complimentary care providers when appropriate.

If you are carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling with anxiety, addiction or depression, or feeling disconnected in your relationships, counseling can help you move forward with clarity and strength. I work with teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in trauma, behavioral issues, addiction (including pornography, social media and video games), anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

My primary approach is EMDR therapy, a powerful method for helping the brain process and resolve painful experiences. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method when working with couples. My style is straightforward and compassionate.

I want to get to know you and take a customized approach that will best fit your needs. My specialties include ADHD, self-esteem, relationship issues, and lifestyle changes. I draw from ACT, Reality Therapy, and Gestalt to help clients feel empowered to navigate and overcome their unique challenges in a supportive environment.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion, and together we’ll explore how to move forward. Dr. Ann Crickard, DO

I am a board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in general pediatrics, with a special interest in the emotional and behavioral health of children and adolescents. I believe in a holistic, whole-child approach that integrates both physical and mental well-being. While I recognize the role that medications can play in supporting children through difficult periods, my primary focus is on evidence-based, non-pharmacologic therapies.

I particularly enjoy working with parents of very young children to help them understand and manage challenging behaviors in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way. I also work with children and families to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, and interpersonal issues—always aiming to support long-term resilience and emotional growth.

Yolanda Rooney, CT

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or obsessive-compulsive patterns? Are you navigating a challenging life transition, struggling with self-esteem, or facing body-related concerns? Therapy can be a powerful step toward finding clarity and confidence. I work with individuals to help them build resilience and create meaningful change.

My approach is grounded and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based techniques like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic techniques. With a background in fitness, nutrition, and business, I understand the deep connections between the mind and body. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and develop tools to support your well-being.

Sarah Shoop, CT

My work is grounded in compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care that respects the dignity and complexity of each person. I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences at their roots, supporting lasting healing and emotional freedom. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address unhelpful patterns, deepen self-understanding, and foster change that lasts.

I work with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, perinatal challenges, and relational issues. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian, faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully attends to spiritual concerns alongside clinical care.
