About Sarah's EMDR-Informed Counseling
Sarah’s work is grounded in compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based therapy that honors the inherent dignity and complexity of each person. She provides individual counseling for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and life transitions.
She approaches therapy with the understanding that clients are more than a set of symptoms. Each person has a story, relationships, values, and a deep capacity for healing and growth. Her goal is to offer a steady, thoughtful presence where clients feel genuinely known, respected, and supported as they move toward lasting change.
Sarah primarily uses EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences at their roots. She also integrates CBT and Internal Family Systems, supporting both practical skill-building and deeper self-understanding.
