About Jennifer's Trauma and Grief Therapy

Wherever you find yourself on the road of healing, Jennifer believes it is beneficial to have someone accompany you to offer insight, support, and practical tools to navigate challenges. As a therapist with more than 25 years of experience, her goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward the person you are meant to become.

Her specialties include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, and the mental health side of chronic illness. She uses evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and IFS-informed therapy, incorporating other modalities as revealed in client needs.

If clients want to bring faith into treatment, Jennifer can integrate pastoral counseling as another supportive method toward whole-person healing.
